Report of Workshop on Kahoot!

          As a part of M.Ed. curriculum, a workshop on developing online interactive game was conducted on 6th February, 2021 at 11:30 am through online mode (Google meet). The workshop ended at 12:32 pm. The session was led by Dr. Lekshmi A, Associate Professor in Education, N.S.S. Training College, Pandalam. Throughout the session everyone played and created their own games step by step, simultaneously with the instruction given by the teacher.           The interactive game I prepared was based on ‘Science and Technology’, which consists of 8 questions 5 quizzes (with 4 multiple choice) and 3 True or False questions. A total of 11 participants attended the game. 5 participants couldn’t complete the game and 2 of the questions seemed to be difficult for every participants who attended. Majority of them got true or false questions correct and on the other hand faced difficulty with multiple choice questions.

Report on Institutional Visit to BRC, Mavelikkara (Day-4)

          On the 4th day of the visit to BRC, Mavelikkara, We got to know more about the cluster level activities  through Mini John Ma'am , who is a Cluster Resource Centre Coordinator(CRCC). She explained about different programmes conducted in the school, such as Language Enhancement Programme, Workshops  for Science, Mathematics, Social Science, TLM Workshops , etc.

          On the third day of our internship programme, Sajeesh.G, Trainer of BRC, took a class on various programmes conducted in the schools through BRC and other training programmes of teachers. He explained details of the programmes conducted under BRC, Mavelikkara. And introduced different resource materials to us.

Report on Institutional Visit to BRC, Mavelikkara (Day-1)

         As a part of M.Ed. curriculum, a five day institutional visit (Internship Phase 1) to Mavelikkara BRC (Block Resource Centre) was conducted. A total of 6 student teacher including me visited the institution to understand the academic and administrative functions of the institution.           On our first day, we all reached the institution before 10:00 am. And met with  Block Programme Coordinator, Shri. K. Surendran Pillai, and he gave us an all around idea of the functioning of MHRD,SSK, BRC, CRC, etc. After noon, we attended their meeting and got to know about their weekly agenda. Class by Shri. K. Report on International Women's Day Celebration, 2021

          As a part of International Women's Day Celebration, 2021, different programs through online and offline mode were conducted, which includes ' Photography contest, Poster competition, Letter writing competition, etc.          In the inaugural session, Lekshmi M.S, Executive member, Women Cell delivered the welcome speech and presented the promo video. The function was inaugurated by Dr. Ushadevi V.K, Principal, N.S.S. Training College, Pandalam. After that photography Contest presentation was presented. Felicitation was given by Dr. Chitra L, Women Cell Coordinator. And  vote of thanks was delivered by Akhila R. Pillai, Student coordinator, Women Cell.

Field Visit Report (World Wetlands Day Celebration, 2021)

           As a part of World Wetlands Day celebration, 2021 , Bhoomitra, biodiversity club of our college decided to conduct a field visit to nearby wetland, with an objective to identify the biodiversity, water quality, status of aquatic ecosystem and the threats faced by. On 21st February, 2021, I visited Kayamkulam Lake, as my home is located approximately 10km near the lake           The days are celebrated to remember about the things that we forget due to our busy life. It’s not only about remembering, but also to take a step forward for the good deed. Through this field visit I could understand that what it is meant by that. Two years before, when I visited the lake, the construction of the park was on and also I could clearly see mangroves.
